The Lord is gracious He is kind When we feel sorrow We’re on His mind Though life can have its bad times He knows there is good In everything we feel He puts us where we should His tender love shines Although some can’t plainly see That life without Him is the pits And with Him is where we should be If everyone only knew that He was there for them, Then maybe life wouldn’t be so hard Because of His grace, hope and love.

Through all the pain and suffering
that we have been through
Causes scars upon our soul and heart
we will live though
Because one godly man took our pain away
As he died he told us all we would live up to the day
He arrives to take us all into the promised land.
Where love is in abundance
and no one feels afraid
Where no one has the urge to hate
and kill one’s own brother
When life as we know it shall come to an end
and everything will start over
Because one man a long time ago
did only what he could to save us all
from sin and hell
He knew what to do.

If you’re going to get to heaven,
You have to live by some rules,
Ten to be exact, that’s no lie it’s a fact.
We must follow them precisely,
That is why they were given,
To you and me from the Almighty Above.
Through faith, love, and friendship,
We will find our strength,
And through our prayer He will show us His love.
Although we fall away at times,
He knows we will come back,
For His love is everlasting and no one can compete with that.
When we struggle, He is there,
Or when our life is filled with strife,
All we have to do is believe in Jesus Christ,
For He gave us eternal life.
We must follow in His name, for under Him we’ll never feel the same,
Our lives will turn toward Him,
All we’ll know that we are 100 percent heaven bound.

I saw it long ago
On a night like this
The eyes of an angel in the stars
They glowed like the sun
Although the moon was all that was shining
I was into drugs, sex, and Satan
But no one cared about me
Until that night, when I saw those eyes
It gave me courage
And the peace I needed so bad.

The Lord has made a place for all who listen to him,
Death is the result for those who live in sin.
When I go I hope to travel far from Satan’s hand,
And into the glorious promised land.
As I pray everyday,
I hope God’s hand will always stay,
Upon my heart and in my soul,
So I may go to heaven when I am old.
I have many years to come upon this earth, to call my home,
But when I die,
I hope to Jesus’ side I fly.
He has given ten rules for us to follow,
I will live by them all my days,
I will cleanse my heart and make it new.
As I wait the end of strife,
I will thank God that I am in the Book of Life.
